MediSync Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the software and platform services operated by MediSync. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement or act through someone legally authorized to do so. When you act for a pharmacy, supplier or organization, you must have authority to use and manage its account and records. Keep submitted information accurate and current.
New pharmacy, organization and supplier owner applicants, and people accepting pharmacy staff invitations, must be at least 18 years old. These roles require current checked identity and age evidence. Inviting an unverified person does not authorize them to accept until those requirements are met. Personal account verification is separate from role eligibility and does not itself require age 18 or grant a business role. This rule does not retroactively remove existing role access.
Accounts and access
Protect your credentials and sessions, use only your assigned permissions and tell support promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for your own actions and use you authorize. Responsibility for an account compromise depends on the facts and applicable law; these Terms do not make you automatically responsible for every unauthorized act or excuse MediSync's own duties.
Platform role and regulated activity
MediSync provides discovery, communication, verification, inventory and business workflow tools. The software does not issue prescriptions, dispense products, replace a licensed professional or grant government certification or licenses. Participating pharmacies and suppliers are responsible for their products, dispensing decisions, prescriptions, licensing, information, prices, availability, delivery, taxes and other applicable obligations. A listing, application approval or verification status reflects available information at that time and is not a guarantee of continuing compliance. Confirm medicine and treatment questions with an appropriately qualified professional.
Your content and other people's information
Provide only lawful, genuine and relevant content that you own or are authorized to use. Do not submit a false identity, forged prescription or altered permit, license or document. You keep ownership of your content. You permit MediSync to host, process, display and transmit it as needed to provide the features you request, administer your account, support authorized business operations and protect the service, subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law. This permission does not authorize unrelated use of personal data or transfer ownership of your content. When you submit information about another person, you must have the authority and lawful basis needed for that submission.
Medi and external services
Medi's AI-generated replies and automated checks can be mistaken or incomplete. Verify important outputs against source records and seek qualified advice for medical, legal, regulatory or security decisions. Medi replies are informational and are not a guarantee of a result. Human users remain responsible for reviewing actions they authorize. External sign-in, mapping and other services have their own terms and notices for processing they control; using them does not remove MediSync's responsibilities for its own service.
Plans, trials and purchases
Available features may depend on your role, verification status, trial or selected plan. Review the displayed plan scope, period and access limits before selecting it. Creating an account alone does not authorize a payment. Any paid purchase must disclose its price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and applicable refund terms before you approve it. Do not assume that a displayed plan creates automatic renewal or guarantees a future feature. Trial or plan expiry may restrict new activity; applicable view/export options are shown in the service. Nothing here removes a refund or other remedy required by law.
Misuse, restrictions and review
Do not use MediSync for unlawful medicine activity, fraud, harassment, spam, malicious code, interference, unauthorized access, security bypass or infringement. Do not extract or disclose another person's restricted information without authority. We may limit access, require updated evidence or suspend or close an account for relevant legal, safety or security risks, expired required credentials or a material breach of these Terms. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to request review; urgent protective action may be taken first. You can submit relevant corrections or evidence through support. A restriction does not cancel rights you have under law.
Ending use and records
You may stop using MediSync and use account deletion in your settings where available, or request closure through support. Business ownership or account-role restrictions may require transfer or support review before self-service deletion can finish; they do not remove your privacy rights. Closure does not automatically delete every business, transaction or security record; personal-data requests are handled under the Privacy Notice and applicable law. A person closing an individual account cannot require deletion of another business's records without the necessary authority. Charges or duties already validly incurred and provisions needed to resolve an existing issue continue where applicable.
Service reliability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service, but interruptions, maintenance and errors can occur. Keep appropriate records for your business and verify important information before acting on it. Each party remains responsible for obligations and losses for which it is legally responsible. These Terms do not exclude liability for fraud, bad faith, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and do not waive applicable consumer or data-protection rights. Third-party conduct does not by itself excuse MediSync's own breach of duty.
Intellectual property
MediSync and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding and platform materials they own. You may use them through the service as allowed by these Terms. Do not copy, sell or exploit protected materials beyond the permission granted or what applicable law permits. This clause does not claim ownership of your content or rights in material that belongs to others.
Changes, support and disputes
MediSync physical address: Salitran 1, Dasmarinas City, Cavite, Philippines.
Philippine law applies, subject to mandatory rights and the jurisdiction of the proper court or authority. We encourage contacting support to resolve a concern. These Terms impose no additional requirement to contact support before seeking urgent relief, contacting a regulator or exercising a legal remedy; applicable procedural rules still apply. Material changes to these Terms will be explained with an updated effective date and appropriate notice. Changes do not retroactively remove an accrued right; we will seek renewed agreement where required. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Questions and review requests may be sent through in-app support or support@medisync.carefever.com, including when you cannot sign in.
