Medisync provides a pharmacy and organization registration workflow, profile verification, inventory and POS support, pharmacy search/location tools, and internal messaging for registered users. By submitting an application, you confirm that your information and uploaded files are accurate and authorized for review.
You must use your own account credentials and keep your session secure. We may reject, suspend, or revoke access if documents are incomplete, invalid, misleading, duplicated, or linked to unauthorized claims of pharmacy ownership or organization authority.
Uploaded identification and regulatory/business documents are used strictly to evaluate eligibility, confirm identity, confirm legal operation, and support compliance checks. You authorize Medisync reviewers to validate submitted details against available records and application history.
During registration and account use, we may collect your name, email, contact number, TIN structure, address/location, pharmacy or organization information, uploaded files, and activity logs related to authentication and application actions.
Your data is used to operate core features (registration, review, account routing, dashboard access, pharmacy matching, messaging, and transaction support), improve reliability and security, and maintain operational audit trails for support and compliance handling.
Data is accessible only to authorized Medisync personnel and system processes that need it for verification, administration, and support. We do not publicly expose private application files. We may disclose data only when required by law, legal process, or legitimate security investigation.
We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including authenticated sessions and controlled file handling. Records may be retained while your account/application is active or when retention is required for operations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
You agree not to upload malicious files, impersonate individuals or entities, submit false claims, or attempt unauthorized access to any Medisync component. You are responsible for ensuring all submitted documents and contacts are current and lawful to use.
By checking the agreement box and submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for Medisync registration and account processing.
